The following information must be completed and submitted to the Horace City Administrator's Office before noon on the Wednesday preceding the City Council Meeting. Requests sent after this day will be added to the subsequent Council meeting.
Message body should include:
1) Brief description of your request
2) Site address or legal description (if applicable)
3) Action being requested of the City Council
Include any supporting document or photo you would like presented with the agenda request.
