A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND, concerning a conditional use permit application for a wind turbine tower at 6705 76th Avenue South, Horace, ND, which is in the S-R (Suburban Residential) zoning district.  

A copy of the Application for Conditional Use Permit is available upon request from Barrett Voigt, Community Development Director.

A public hearing will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, concerning a conditional use permit application for a wind turbine tower at 6705 76th Avenue South, Horace, ND, in the S-R (Suburban Residential) zoning district.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND, concerning the enactment of a proposed zoning ordinance for the following described properties:

374, 394, 404, & 434 Main Street North and 97 4th Avenue North, Horace, ND.

The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning the above-described properties from PUD (Planned Unit Development) District to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District.

A copy of the zoning application is available for review upon request to Barrett Voigt, Community Development Director.
