Notice of Public Hearings - July 2021

NOTICES OF PUBLIC HEARINGS IN JULY 2021

     A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at Horace City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, ND, concerning the enactment of a proposed zoning ordinance for the following described property:

Being a plat of part of the SW1/4NW1/4, Section 17, Township 138 North, Range 49 West of the 5th P.M., and being a vacation plat and replat of Lot 2, Block 2, West Fargo School Addition, and Lot 1, Block 1, Lakeview Heights 2nd Addition, City of Horace, Cass County, North Dakota (to be known as West Fargo School Second Addition).

The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning the above-described property from an A (Agricultural) District to a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District and a PF (Public Facilities) District. A copy of the zoning application is available for review upon request to Barrett Voigt, Community Development Director.

The ordinance is for the purpose of rezoning the above-described property from an R-2 (Single-Family Residential) District to an R-4 (High Intermediate Density Residential) District and to a PF (Public Facilities) District.
